I'm Drew Brashler

I run the largest YouTube channel focused on Behringer WING and X32 mixing consoles, with 135,000 subscribers and a newsletter reaching 19,000 live sound engineers and audio professionals.

For 15 years, I’ve been helping people troubleshoot digital consoles, build better mixes, and master these systems – whether you’re running sound for a worship service, corporate event, or live band.

Growing up, I spent my Sundays at church with my dad. But instead of going to Sunday School, I was drawn to the audio booth so I could spend more time with him. That’s where it all started.

I went on to study at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, and from there I spent 15 years working in live production as a Technical Director, Production Manager, and team lead at some of the country’s largest churches. Audio, video, lighting, volunteer leadership, staff leadership – I’ve been honored to wear so many hats in this industry.

The YouTube channel started almost by accident. I was working at a church in Scottsdale, Arizona and needed to teach a few volunteers how to run an X32 for the first time. I uploaded a couple of videos thinking maybe three people would watch them. Turns out there was an entire community of people trying to learn the same things, and they found me.

For me, it’s not just about operating the gear – it’s about knowing it inside and out.

I’ve worked directly with brands on developing and testing products. I patented my own speaker tester for use in live production. I travel to events across the US to work as an audio engineer. And I still get the same satisfaction I got sitting next to my dad at FOH – helping people feel confident behind the console.

Beyond all of that, spending time with my wife and kids is my number one priority. I cherish the moments when I can be present with my family, creating memories and exploring the world together.

Work With Me

For Brands & Media

I’ve worked with brands like Guitar Center, Behringer, and Waves to showcase products that make sense for people working with digital consoles. I take my time with every recommendation because my audience trusts that if I’m talking about something, it’s because I actually use it and believe in it.

I’m also available for speaking engagements, podcast interviews, and conference appearances on topics related to live sound, digital consoles, and training volunteer teams.

For Audio Teams

I work with audio teams, venue managers, and professionals who need hands-on help troubleshooting consoles, training their teams, or building better mixes. Whether it’s a one-time problem or an ongoing project, I can help you get there faster than figuring it out alone.

Single sessions for specific issues. Multi-session packages for bigger projects like system setup or team training. Monthly retainers for organizations that need ongoing support. Available evenings and weekends – I know most of you are doing this around a day job.
